આયુર્વેદિક પદ્ધતિ દ્વારા રક્ષણાત્મક ઉપાય
ક્વાથ : પથ્યાદીક્વાથ + દશમૂલ ક્વાથ + નિમ્બત્વક : પ્રક્ષેપ ત્રિકટુ તુલસીના રસ માં બે ચમચી બે મરીનો પાવડર નાખી સવાર સાંજ લેવું.
ઔષધસિધ્ધ જલ : સૂંઠ ૧ ચમચી અને નાગરમોથ ૧ ચમચી (અથવા સૂંઠ ૨ ચમચી)ને ૧૦ ગ્લાસ પાણીમાં ઘીમા તાપે ઉકાળી ૫ ગ્લાસ રહે ત્યારે ગાળવું. જરુરીયાત મુજબ નવસેકું પીવું.
ધૂપન દ્રવ્ય : સલાઇ ગુગળ ૫૦ ગ્રામ, ઘોડાવજ - ૧૦ ગ્રા.,સરસવ - ૧૦ ગ્રા., લીમડાના પાન - ૧૦ ગ્રા. અને ગાયના ઘી - ૨૦ ગ્રા. મિશ્રણ બનાવી એક ચમચીનો ઇલેક્ટ્રીકલ ધૂપેલીયા અથવા ગાયના સૂકાયેલા છાણામાં સૂર્યોદય અને સૂર્યાસ્ત સમયે ધૂપ કરવો.
